Investeringsplatform Cleantech Regio – The Netherlands

In samenwerking met de Cleantech Regio en op basis van ervaringen in andere regio’s heeft YesAndMore het investeringsplatform ontwikkeld. Door een Investeringsplatform te bouwen als vehikel om gezamenlijk die bloeiende regio te realiseren. Het doel van het investeringsplatform is om co-creatief, versneld, toekomstgerichte en collectief te investeren in meervoudige regionale business cases die geen plek krijgen in de huidige structuur.

Innovatieversneller Rivierenland – The Netherlands

De Innovatieversneller Rivierenland is een versnellingsprogramma, gericht op burgercoöperaties, innovatieve MKB-bedrijven en familiebedrijven die werken aan duurzame innovaties, waarvan het product of de dienst zich nog in de ontwikkelingsfase bevindt. In een programma van drie tot vier maanden wordt er met workshops en onder begeleiding van coaches en experts gefocust op marktvalidatie en het zoeken naar de juiste ‘problem-solution fit’. De Innovatieversneller wordt uitgevoerd door YesAndMore.

Het Nieuwe Kompas: Gebiedsinnovatie – The Netherlands

Kunnen gebieden ons de weg wijzen naar een nieuw kompas voor innovatie? Gebiedsgericht innoveren lijkt geen raketwetenschap. Eerder een kwestie van boerenverstand. Daarbij komt dat het ongelooflijk hard nodig is en als het lukt enorm inspirerend. Toch is het realiseren van integrale gebiedsgerichte oplossingen verre van makkelijk. Het breekt bestaande ‘hokjes’ open en vraagt van disciplines om samen te werken.

Cases regenerative regional delta development – The Netherlands

In the area “Riverland” in the centre of The Netherlands we developed with participation of all penta helix partners a region that can be seen as a practical example of the approach of YesAndMore. On next cases for Energy, Mobility, and Food we created a new governance model for the penta helix and created the conditions for matchmaking and dealmaking. The created trusted space shifted this region from a conflict area to a multi-level participation. The Area is now seen as one of the exemplary regenerative regions in the Netherlands. Financing initiatives – The Netherlands

As a foundation we initiated in 2011 together with Robeco, Rabobank, PGGM, and PFZW plan B funds for Agro (total 1 Billion EURO). In 2013 we initiated the coalition and friends for the long term and for short financial supply chains together with family offices APG/ABP, PGGM/PFZ and MN/PMT/PME and others. In 2013 we explored the building blocks for a cooperative investment platform (NEBECO) together with key players in the pension and insurance sector. All the action research is resulting now in projects and building blocks like funds and infrastructure for blended finance.

We are developing building blocks like funds and infrastructure for blended finance and sustainable governance. The concrete blended finance infrastructure will be prototyped in cooperation with our partners in the food transitions lab Oogst van Morgen and in regions in The Netherlands.

We share and disseminate knowledge and concrete experiences in masterclasses in Amsterdam The Learning Lab and national partners like Regionale Energiestrategie, RVO, and the province of Noord-Holland in The Netherlands.

Carnegie Peacebuilding Conversations – Global

In September 2018 we cooperated with the Major Alliance and a coalition in the Carnegie Peacebuilding Conversations in the Peace Palace in The Hague in The Netherlands. In the publication, we investigated root causes for conflict and created the first fundamental building blocks for the new agenda of peacebuilding and keeping. YesAndMore and Foundation 0.0 are part of the coalition for SDG 16 and will focus on trusted space, financing peace, and conflict prevention.

YesAndMore and Foundation 0.0 are part of the coalition for SDG 16 and will focus on trusted space and financing peace and conflict prevention. Together with conflict prevention organizations like thebusinessplanforpeace.org we are creating a call and plan for action for financing peace and anti-fragile societies. This call and plan for action will be launched at the impact summit in September 2020 in The Hague, The Netherlands.

GO!-NH Accelerator – The Netherlands

GO!-NH is an innovation and accelerator program for sustainable innovation. The focus is on sustainable mobility (spring 2018 and 2019), circular economy (autumn 2018 and 2019), and sustainable innovation (2020). These topics were combined with several additional regional and industry Challenges. The Accelerator program enables innovative SMEs, start-ups, and innovation teams of large organizations to convert ideas into new business models in a short period of time, accelerating customer and product development, and reducing time to market. GO!-NH is carried out by Innomics, in collaboration with the Province of Noord-Holland in The Netherlands. YesAndMore is a proud partner of the GO!-NH Accelerator.

Flanders materials program – Belgium

Flanders materials program: we were, together with the program directors, the architect of this circular approach. The SAMglv team developed an innovative, co-creative approach to close the loops, by applying systems thinking and radical organizational governance approaches. This program won the WEF price on circular economy, because of its breakthrough results and example of a new, sustainable economic model build on collaboration.

Arnhem Open: prosperous region through collaboration – The Netherlands

SAMglv co-founded the Arnhem Open project, and brought together 12 significant organizations in the broader region of Arnhem in The Netherlands. We created the conditions for this collaborative to “solve the grand challenges together that could not be dealt with in isolation, focusing primarily on sustainable housing, regional prosperity, energy transition, and health and care. SAMglv was involved in the creating of the leadership collective and the prototyping stage of the collective projects and challenges.

Kingsmill Learning Village – Belgium

SAMglv was a co-founder of this circular village prototype. The project won several awards of being a breakthrough project on co-housing modeling, the way it conceptualized an integrative community and its fully circular approach. The project has been developed until concept and approval for execution and is now seeking funding for implementation.

TRANSFORM – The Netherlands

With TRANSFORM, the municipalities of Apeldoorn, Deventer, Zutphen, and Zwolle are developing an approach to accelerate the transition of 40.000 existing homes from natural gas to sustainable energy. We’re doing this together with housing corporations, network companies, and water authorities. And with the provinces of Gelderland and Overijssel, the government and with Europe. TRANSFORM is working on a financing scheme at area level with investment banks and pension funds.

Lanaken: regional value creation and the circular economy – Belgium

Due to a major crisis in the paper industry, one major industrial player in this region was threatened with bankruptcy and closure. Due to the big impact, SAMglv, together with the international blue economy network, was asked by the Flemish Government to develop a disruptive, circular model that generates a new, regional economy that could replace 600 old jobs into circular employment. SAMglv developed the whole concept and prepared the conditions for the collective to be ready for implementation.

Innovation Festival NH 2019, Province of Noord-Holland – The Netherlands

The Innovation Festival Noord-Holland is a platform for innovative entrepreneurs and businesses, pioneers, and stakeholders in the fields of Sustainable Mobility, Circular Economy, and Energy Transition. The Innovation Festival Noord-Holland is created for and by entrepreneurs from North Holland in The Netherlands, with in total 1,000 participants and 40+ breakout sessions with partners. The festival is carried out on behalf of the Province of Noord-Holland by Innomics, GO!-NH, and PIM in collaboration with several partners of the innovation ecosystem.

Hacking the Conference at Barcelona Smart City Expo 2018 – Ministry of Economic Affairs The Netherlands

At the Smart City Expo in Barcelona, Innomics (in collaboration with Institute for Future of Living) had the opportunity to put some of the best innovation teams and startups on the international stage. In addition, the Innomics team gave a unique twist to their stand; they traveled across the exhibition floor with a mobile pop-up pitch stand. This gave teams the opportunity to do their pitches on several other stages and reached a large audience. This brought a lot of new networking opportunities.

AgriFood Ecosystem Development – The Netherlands

The focus of this project was on the development of the AgriFood Ecosystem in The Netherlands. Building an involved relationship with approximately 40 stakeholders (Ministry of Economic Affairs The Netherlands, Wageningen Science & Research, Investment Funds, Innovation Centers, et cetera). André Knol and his team at Innomics provided guidance, strategic sessions, and the innovation program. The aim was to create an innovation process and develop the entire ecosystem.

The YesAndMore team has previously carried out various innovation programs, assignments, and projects. For example, various corporate innovation programs were carried out by the core team members of Innomics (commissioned by Innomics, InnoLeaps, and GEA). Projects have been carried out for Philips, Vodafone, Persgroep, Glanbia, Ahold, Friesland Campina, Liberty Global International, Thales, ABN AMRO, VGZ, Food HUB, MediaMatters, Amsterdam Economic Board, the province of Noord-Holland, the municipality of Haarlemmermeer, and Ministry of Economic Affairs The Netherlands.
