With TRANSFORM, the municipalities of Apeldoorn, Deventer, Zutphen, and Zwolle are developing an approach to accelerate the transition of 40.000 existing homes from natural gas to sustainable energy. We’re doing this together with housing corporations, network companies, and water authorities. And with the provinces of Gelderland and Overijssel, the government and with Europe. TRANSFORM is working on a financing scheme at area level with investment banks and pension funds.
