The focus of this project was on the development of the AgriFood Ecosystem in The Netherlands. Building an involved relationship with approximately 40 stakeholders (Ministry of Economic Affairs The Netherlands, Wageningen Science & Research, Investment Funds, Innovation Centers, et cetera). André Knol and his team at Innomics provided guidance, strategic sessions, and the innovation program. The aim was to create an innovation process and develop the entire ecosystem.

In addition, the Innomics team developed and organized a top-down and bottom-up approach for innovation and transformation, consisting of:
