Dennis Kerkhoven (1972) is the co-founder of YesAndMore. Dennis prefers to operate at the intersection of personal development, organization development, business development, chain, and system development. He specializes in conflict breakthroughs, balancing of cohesive multi-party cooperation, and multi-disciplinary value creation. He is currently developing regional circular economies in areas such as Energy and Food. Within these environments, he brings governments, companies, enterprising citizens, knowledge and education, and financial parties together to implement system transformation by doing and learning in a practical way. He also supervises boards of directors on complex conflicts. He has further trained and developed in the field of integrated system development after his study of human resources in Tilburg. He teaches as a guest lecturer at, among others, Nyenrode and Wageningen University. Dennis derives much of his passion for complexity and transformation from natural principles and composting.

Dennis is the chairman of the board at 0.0 Foundation and works on concrete innovation projects based on common, integrated, and attractive long-term perspectives. This cooperation between different chains, sectors, and disciplines makes horizontal and vertical chain integration possible. The 0.0 Foundation is focused on developing and gatekeeping the blended finance infrastructure and governance. Blended finance in this context is defined “as the strategic use of development finance and philanthropic and public funds to mobilize private capital flows to emerging and frontier markets”, resulting in positive results for both investors and communities for regenerative regions.

The foundation is (inter)national partner for SDG 16 and cooperates closely with the Carnegie Foundation and others. 0.0 Foundation, SAM and Innomics founded YesAndMore to collaborate on creating a vehicle for innovation, transformation, and sustainable development in industries and regions in The Netherlands and abroad.
